Logging into Appranix


Login to Appranix has two modes:

1) Login as root user - User's email id used to create an account in Appranix for the organisation is the root user.  The root user will be an email ID.
2) Login as a non-root user - Admin Users and all Other Users are non-root users, who were added by the root user. These users will be login with (usually) firstname (name specified by the root user as username) as username instead of the email id. See below for details with screenshots.

Root User Login:




2. Enter the root user mail id and password to login



3. By navigating to IAM in the left panel, the Root users can add more users and assign roles to them.   

       

                                             


    Non-root User Login:


1. Enter your account ID or account name, it can be an 8-digit account number provided by your administrator or a friendly account alias name like Pepsi-org provided by your administrator.



2. Enter your email address and password to log in.
