Recover scale set without instances in Azure

Azure Recovery now includes an option to recover only scale sets excluding its instances. 

This option can be chosen while configuring a recovery.

Under Advanced section, select "Recover scale set without instances."

This option is useful for specific customer use cases when there is a need to recover only scale set and not its associated instances.
